It's the first time I see a Boinc project forum where the date and time of a post are not shown. Or is there something wrong with my settings?

I'm afraid I don't understand why that would be. I've check several machines using Firefox, Opera, and IE, and all of them display the date/time of a post correctly.

Perhaps it is an issue with your browser?

I see the same problem when using IETab in Firefox.

I think you need to upgrade the forum code.

Somehow white.css got messed up.

Rytis checked in the final round of fixes for this earlier this week.

Only reason I know is because we went through it on the BOINC forums and PAH-Alpha.
